Connect a source

Open Tracker to choose the available source. With your permission, Sleepi can read sleep information recorded in Apple Health, including Apple Watch records when available. Without a watch, an iPhone session uses motion-based estimates. An iPhone estimate does not provide the same sleep-stage information as a compatible watch.

Review a week, then a month

Use the seven-night and thirty-night views to compare your recent routine. Review sleep and restlessness trends alongside the recorded nights, rather than judging everything from one score. A morning check-in lets you add how the night felt. The screenshot uses fictional demonstration data.

Understand the estimates

Check the data source and any missing nights before comparing results. Permissions, device availability, and how you use the phone or watch affect the information shown. Sleep tracking can help you keep a personal record; it does not diagnose sleep disorders or measure sleep with clinical accuracy.
